Reiki 2 class

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and facilitates healing through the transfer of universal life force energy.

Reiki is derived from the Japanese words "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life force energy. It is based on the belief that this energy flows through all living things and is essential for health and well-being. The practice was developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, who sought to create a method for healing that could be easily taught to others.

Reiki 2 advances to learning how to send healing remotely not only through space but through time, as well.  I will do the sacred attunements for this level on each attendee to expand your connection to the universal life force energy.  We will sit in stillness and I will help you connect to how your personal energy moves and flows.  You will learn key hand placements for doing self healing and healing work on others.

Class will be held in person in the large conference room at 141 N Martinwood Road, Knoxville, TN 37923 on September 26 10am to 4pm and will be simultaneously facilitated through Zoom for those that will attend remotely.  Class will be recorded and the recording will be shared with all attendees.  If you have any questions regarding the class please contact me at 865-406-4183 or jenstone990@gmail.com.
