I was excited about my QHHT session. Then I became apprehensive: What if it brought up stuff I didn't want to deal with? What if it didn't work with my left brain stubborn in control!? I was relieved when Jen explained the process and my conscious was in charge whilst still being in the Theta state.

I will admit to a twinge of scepticism, until someone showed up in one portion of the session, totally out of the blue, totally did not see that coming, totally could not have made that up. Mind. Officially. Blown. : )
